At kaupoonk, we take pride in creating high-quality custom stickers that are made specifically for you. Because our products are personalized and produced according to each customer’s unique design, we have a specific return and refund policy for custom orders.
Custom Products
All custom stickers are made-to-order based on the artwork, size, shape, and specifications provided by the customer. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as changing your mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
Damaged or Defective Orders
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If your stickers arrive damaged, defective, or there is a printing error caused by us, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- A description of the problem
After reviewing your request, we will provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or refund. If a replacement is required due to an issue with your order, we will cover the reshipping cost. You will not need to pay any additional shipping fees for the replacement item.
Incorrect Order Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate design files, spelling, sizes, quantities, and shipping information before placing an order. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
Order Cancellation & Changes
Because custom orders enter production quickly, cancellation or design changes can only be accepted before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
